TERMS
When purchasing or using TypeJuice™ fonts, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms of this license agreement. Upon payment in full, TypeJuice™ grants to you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license binding the licensee identified in the transaction.
Desktop License
Desktop licenses enable you to create graphics and products for yourself and your clients. The licensed font can appear in unlimited commerical and personal projects.
A single desktop license is valid for a single user or computer. Multiple licenses are needed for multiple users or computers. A licensed font can not be given to a client, the client must purchase there own licence.
Desktop licensed fonts can not be embedded in anyway including and not limited to websites, apps, ePublications or servers.
Website License
Website licenses enable you to embed font files into your website with a maxium of 250,000 monthly views. For websites with greater traffic than 250,000 monthly views please contact TypeJuice™ for a custom web license.
A single web license is valid for a single website. Multiple licenses are needed for multiple websites. A desktop license is need when a static / rasterized image of a font is used on a website.
Web licensed fonts can not be embedded and used in apps, ePublications or servers.
Commerical License
A single commerical license enables you to use a font across multiple licensing envirnoments. This includes the following:
• Upto five desktop licenses
• A single web license with upto 1,000,000 monthly views
• A single ePublication license
• A single App license
• A single Game license
• A single Server license
• Unlimited use across digital ads and broadcast
Commerical licenses are designed to fit small teams creating multiple products for a single project or client but not limited to a single project or client. For tailor made commerical licenses or an unlimited license please contact TypeJuice™.
Restrictions
Under no circumstances can you modify, adapt, translate, alter, or change the source code of the font or the designs embodied within the font. You may not commission or authorize any third party to alter or modify the font.
Licensed fonts are not to be stored or used in a way that makes them accessible to the public or non-licensed third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, distribution of the fonts through file sharing and online repositories accessible by the public.
Licensed fonts are not to be shared with independent contractors, freelance employees, or affiliates. This license is for individual users or organizations purchasing for authorized employees only.
